Social Media Moderator: Twitter

S/he will be accountable for engaging with customers and prospective customers day-to-day including representation of the Sears brand by fostering dialog and sharing information about the organization. The Social Media Moderator for Twitter will also serve as a voice of SHC helping to address member concerns, complaints and issues. The social media moderator will manage dialog, engagement and create buzz for Sears within the Twitter community. Sr. Search Marketing Manager

We are currently in search of an experienced SEO and Link Development Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic and Project Management:
Help develop and executive SEO and link development strategies for multiple web sites
Serrve as an SEO/link coordinator between multiple internal groups
Help coordinate and manage outside vendors
Continuously utilize available analytics and reports to drive decisions and strategy
Perform competitive research and benchmarking
Maintaining expertise on search engine news and trends, including learning and using new SEO tools and services

SEO:
Conduct regular web site audits to identify SEO roadblocks, and then create recommendations on fixing these
Perform keyword research analysis and discovery
Review existing content and make recommendations on SEO copyediting
Perform content audits and identify potential SEO gaps
Monitor and track progress of all SEO campaigns against goals and past performance

Link Development:
Help build and execute the overall link development and social media strategy for multiple web sites
Communicate with all relevant vendors and internal groups to support social media initiatives
Support article and resource marketing as part of the link development strategy
Support reputation monitoring and management initiatives

Education & Knowledge:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent exp. is desired.
2-4 years managing organic optimization efforts for multiple websites.
Proven results in achieving top 10 rankings in Google, Yahoo and MSN across competitive industries.
Significant experience in keyword research, technical site audits, and SEO content evaluations
Extensive Internet Marketing knowledge with a concentration in direct response.
Solid understanding of HTML and how web pages are built.
Experience managing outside agencies working on behalf of the company.
Strong project management skills.
An analytical mindset and a love for data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-orientated and extensive multi-tasking capabilities.
