Facebook gets $200 million from Digital Sky Technologies (DST)

Digital Sky, a Russian investment group, gets a 2% stake in Facebook. This new investment values Facebook at $10 billion. DST may also buy at least $100 million of Facebook's common stock at a later date. Is this good for Facebook?
