How to engage social communities

Consumers are creating fan pages on Facebook, Linkedin, Ning and other social Web sites. These sites are dedicated to brands, products, stores, etc. The Nutella Fans Club on Facebook currently has over 200,000 members where they post photos and discuss the product. This is just one of several sites in Facebook dedicated to this product. The company can learn from the fans and get some helpful information and why people like Nutella.
